This project is to buy 56 solar cookers for Dor ra Village in Guide County, in order to decrease women’s burden as well as families’ burden,and improve villagers’ (especially women’s) health condition by using solar cookers instead of wood, yak dung and coal.

This project is to purchase 35 solar electricity-generating panels for earthquake victims in Zhaxidatong Village, Gyegul Township, Yushu County, Yushu TAP, Qinghai Province; to bring stable light in their tent- homes and help to reduce the burden created by the earthquake, to endow them with a hope for better recovery from the damage, and to empower women and children by providing adequate information access and a proper living environment.
